OnlyPlanner is a team management and content planning platform that helps teams organize tasks, collaborate on projects, and manage content creation workflows. The Service integrates with Google Drive for file storage and management.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use OnlyPlanner, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OnlyPlanner. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Google API Terms Compliance

OnlyPlanner uses Google APIs and is subject to Google's terms and policies:

5. Acceptable Use

6. Billing and Payments

6.1 Pricing

OnlyPlanner operates on a slot-based billing model:

• 2 team members included free
• $7 per month for each additional member slot
• Prepaid slot purchases required

6.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 OnlyPlanner Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to OnlyPlanner. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

OnlyPlanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
